Clinical Experience: Over five years of post-graduate clinical experience in medical, outpatient, and intensive outpatient settings in areas including: mood disorders, codependency, grief, anger, trauma, life-skills, stress management, assertive communication skills, and co-morbid substance abuse issues.
Theoretical orientation:
I am an integrative therapist, meaning I utilize techniques that best fit my clients needs (mainly pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques, with a strength-based focus). I provide Christian-sensitive counseling, on request.
